8. Get of the Couch. Stay physically fit. Staying active will also help lower your stress level.
7. Play with Purpose. Put your mind in neutral. (Take time everyday or at least once a week to enjoy life). Take your days off, plan and take vacations.
6. Maintain Your Balance. Balance your time between work, play, family, kids, spouse, and friends.
5. Recognize Your Vulnerabilities. Don't become over-confident. Rely on the Father and be open and honest with your spouse and friends.
4. Build a Moral Purity Strategy. Have people in your life that will ask you the hard questions of accountability.
3. Discover a Mutual Ministry. Serve alongside one another.
2. Enter the Prayer Closet Together. Pray together for each other's needs and the needs of others. This is the fastest way to build spiritual intimacy.
1. Stay Spiritually Strong. As an individual, as a couple. Maintain consistency in your quiet time. Worship together as a family.
